Hello Family
I'M Pastor heather gates and I'm excited about GOd's call to serve you.
Although, I didn't answer the first time he called me, he indeed called me. Finally, when I answered I said speak Lord your servant hears you. It was that response, that captured me in a divine plan of God's orchestration, and I would find myself answering the call of duty by serving both my God and my country. God used the work of men to mold a bold soldier naturally and spiritually to stand for him. Nowadays, the fight looks a little different as I have transitioned to serving my God full-time, I have put down every physical and carnal weapon for I know the fight (wrestle) is real but it's not against flesh and blood. From the days of John the Baptist until now the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence and so I know what I have to do.
I'm trying not to preach, but I am hard pressed so I must say this piece. Love is one of our greatest weapons and the church could display a whole lot more of it. Our former Bishop would say, "Love is not what it says it's what it does." So I pose this question, are we, the church, advancing the Kingdom of heaven by attacking satan's plan with God's love for one another? For God so L-O-V-E-D the world he gave his son. We cannot be used by God to impact the world if we are trying to do the work of God without his love.
Lastly, the people of God cannot afford to be cheaply used by the governances of this world, who is being puppeteer by the works of the deceiver. Only a Kingdom mindset with the absence of a worldly lens can govern you properly in this hour.
Now unto him who is able to keep us, I give him the glory and my life as he only orders my steps.
Where do you stand? Who's on the Lord's side! Saints, you're in the Lord's Army now, yes sir! Pick up the whole armor, and let's go!
